We also offer life insurance solutions, allowing us to serve clients' needs across multiple lines of coverage. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships through honest advice and responsive, personal service.
About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients — helping them with policy questions, coverage changes, billing, claims support, and general account service. You'll work closely with our producers to ensure every client has a smooth, positive experience with our agency.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
Compensation
$40,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals for personal and/or commercial lines
  • Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing
  • Support the claims process by guiding clients through next steps and coordinating with carriers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
  • Remarket existing accounts to competing carriers to ensure clients continue to receive competitive pricing and coverage
  • Cross-sell and identify opportunities to round out client accounts (e.g., life insurance) alongside producers
  • Remarket accounts as needed
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate service delivery
What We're Looking For
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Must have a valid, active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers; experience with agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, EPIC, Applied) a plus
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help people
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary ($40k–$60k DOE)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • 401(k) plan
  • Continuing education support (including licensing renewal and professional designations)
  • Supportive team environment with room for growth
  • Consistent, predictable schedule (no nights or weekends)
