Job Description We are seeking a Technical Program Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cross-functional program leadership, technical execution, and risk management, and a proven ability to drive alignment, deliver complex programs on time, and enhance processes and communications across teams. Responsibilities: Define program scope, goals, and success metrics. Build roadmap alignment across engineering, product, legal, and partner teams. Identify and mitigate risks to reduce execution surprises. Drive transparent stakeholder communications and status reporting. Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery. Improve processes and operating mechanisms for program teams. Advocate for quality in system design and architecture and influence team culture for higher product quality. Partner closely with privacy, compliance, and data governance stakeholders supporting eDiscovery and Information Governance initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated technical program management in cross-functional, complex environments. Proficiency in building roadmaps, defining KPIs, and managing dependencies. Experience level: 5+ years in technical program or project management roles. Preferred Skills: Background in eDiscovery, Information Governance, or data lifecycle management.
