1. Measurement & Attribution Expertise (Core of team’s solutioning and transforming focus)

They should have a knowledge of digital marketing technologies, acquisition measurement and some familiarity with attribution methods.

  • Digital measurement frameworks (conversion tracking, funnel analysis)
  • Attribution methodologies (rule-based, data-driven, MMM basics)
  • Experimentation and incrementality (A/B testing, lift measurement)
  • Understanding of customer acquisition journeys across channels

2. AI & Advanced Analytics

Given the transformation focus:

  • Experience applying AI/ML in marketing or measurement contexts
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling, segmentation, or optimization
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business use cases (not just theory)
  • Comfort working with data science teams and interpreting model outputs
