Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Product Manager opportunities in McLean, VA/ Richmond, VA/ New York City, NY(3 day Onsite role 2 Days Remote). Responsibilities for Product Manager include but are not limited to:

· Identify, validate, and prioritize solution opportunities, features, and capabilities through direct collaboration with users, business stakeholders, and technical partners.

· Gather and document requirements and definition-of-done criteria for prioritized initiatives by engaging with product, design, and engineering teams.

· Document, present, and communicate product recommendations, delivery progress, and maintain roadmaps for active initiatives.

· Partner closely with business stakeholders to define and refine product features aligned with strategic goals.

· Collaborate with engineering teams to refine feature requirements and support technical implementation

Candidates for Product Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

· At least 2 years of experience working within Agile development processes.

· Ability to leverage domain knowledge to recommend solution approaches and validate technical plans.

· Strong end-to-end understanding of products and how they fit within a broader ecosystem, enabling anticipation of downstream impacts.

· Strong, proactive communication skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional partners.

Pay Details: $60.72 per hour
