Mission

Relevant du Directeur des opérations, le ou la Coordonnateur·trice Santé et Sécurité est responsable d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies de prévention tout en coordonnant des projets clés SST.


Dans ce poste, tu auras l'occasion de :

  • Coordonner différents projets en matière de santé et sécurité ciblés au sein du plan stratégique et opérationnel
  • Promouvoir la culture SST au sein de l’ensemble des opérations et coordonner les activités de prévention
  • Procéder aux analyses de risques des équipements et de nos opérations ainsi que les analyses ergonomiques, et proposer des solutions d’ingénierie pour les contrôler
  • Déployer un programme d’adaptation aux lois, normes et règlements sur la santé et sécurité et s’assurer qu’ils sont appliqués
  • Fournir une expertise technique dans la mise en place de solutions de prévention
  • Soutenir les équipes dans le déploiement des différentes directives SST
  • Offrir un support lors des enquêtes et de l’analyse d’événements accidentels afin d’identifier les causes fondamentales, les actions correctives et les suivis
  • Supporter les opérations pour la formation en lien avec la santé et la sécurité
