Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit focused Attorney in our office in Baltimore.
Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
  • Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
  • Guide clients through the case process
  • Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
  • Complete TD approval for liability issues
  • Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
  • Manage the release approval process
  • Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
  • Focus on general liability cases
  • Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
  • EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements
  • Law degree from a fully accredited law school
  • An active member in good standing with the MD State Bar Association
  • 1+ years of general liability or personal injury experience
