A premier global law firm is seeking a Privacy Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in defending sophisticated clients in cutting-edge privacy, data protection, and class action litigation matters.

Ideal Background

โ€ข 4โ€“6 years of litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

โ€ข Experience handling privacy litigation, complex commercial litigation, class action defense, or technology-related disputes

โ€ข Experience managing all stages of pre-trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, depositions, and motion practice

โ€ข Experience drafting substantive briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related filings

โ€ข Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
