Interventional Pain Management Physician - Brunswick, Georgia Area | Coastal Living Meets Clinical Excellence

A highly respected and established pain management group serving the Brunswick/Kingsland area is actively recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join their thriving outpatient practice. This exceptional full-time opportunity delivers the ideal trifecta: challenging clinical work, substantial earning potential, and an outstanding coastal Georgia lifestyle.

Your Clinical Practice

As an Interventional Pain Management Physician, you'll serve as a crucial partner in restoring patients' functionality and quality of life through comprehensive interventional and regenerative pain therapies. This structure ensures robust procedural experience while maintaining sufficient time for thorough patient evaluations and personalized treatment planning.

You'll evaluate and manage diverse chronic pain conditions, interpret advanced imaging and diagnostic studies, and craft individualized treatment strategies. Your procedural repertoire will span the full spectrum of interventional pain techniques, including epidural and nerve root injections, facet joint and medial branch blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, discography, prolotherapy, disc regenerative therapy, trigger point injections, and peripheral joint injections.

Practice Culture and Environment

The group cultivates a patient-first culture emphasizing clinical collaboration, professional development, and physician autonomy. Leadership provides comprehensive resources and robust infrastructure while respecting your clinical judgment and encouraging innovative approaches. You'll work alongside a supportive team committed to both exceptional patient outcomes and provider satisfaction, creating an environment where professional growth flourishes naturally.

Exceptional Compensation Package

This position offers a competitive base salary of $400,000-$425,000 with a 2-year salary guarantee ensuring financial stability during your transition. After the guarantee period, you'll transition to a highly lucrative compensation model receiving 50% of collections, creating exceptional upside earning potential that directly rewards your clinical excellence and productivity.

Comprehensive Benefits Include:

  • Four weeks paid vacation annually
  • One week dedicated CME time
  • CME allowance supporting ongoing professional development
  • Complete health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Full malpractice insurance coverage
  • Retirement plan options

Ideal Candidate Requirements

Successful candidates will have completed an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship and hold board certification (or eligibility) in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology. Neurologists with substantial pain management experience will also receive consideration. Beyond credentials, we seek physicians with collaborative mindsets, genuine passion for procedural interventional work, and commitment to patient-centered care delivery.

The Brunswick Area Advantage

Discover coastal Georgia's hidden gem. The Brunswick area offers spectacular barrier island beaches, world-class golf, exceptional seafood, and authentic Southern charm-all with a remarkably affordable cost of living. The mild year-round climate enables endless outdoor recreation, from kayaking marshlands to exploring pristine beaches. Strong schools, welcoming communities, and proximity to Jacksonville and Savannah provide urban amenities without sacrificing small-town quality of life. This is where career ambitions meet lifestyle dreams.
