As a Restaurant Payroll Supervisor, your experience and leadership skills will help process bi-weekly payroll for over 2,200 restaurant staff throughout the country. This position reports directly to the Payroll Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice safety as priority #1 for your restaurant team and customers
  • Maintain a high ratio of return customers through great service
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Coach and develop restaurant employees to build a cohesive team
  • Promote, demonstrate, and lead a memorable customer restaurant experience


You will:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle, multi-state payroll experience.
  • Comfortable pulling and analyzing reports and data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be able to thrive in a quick-paced environment
  • Ability to operate in a high volume capacity
  • Experience working with Ulti Pro Software is preferred, but not required
