• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals and families, documenting their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Implement various psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions, adapting your approach based on the unique characteristics of each client and their treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, effectively engaging participants to encourage healing and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services in compliance with facility standards and best practices.
• Manage a diverse caseload, regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans to reflect the evolving needs of your clients.
• Engage in collaborative treatment team meetings, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to enhance the care provided to clients.
• Address client feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring their safety and satisfaction remain a top priority.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities to continuously refine your skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices.
• Execute additional functions and tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.

The mental health counselor will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must possess a deep understanding of best practices in mental health counseling and a commitment to professional ethics.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is advantageous, showcasing the ability to adapt to various clinical environments.
• A track record of building strong therapeutic relationships, demonstrating empathy, and effective communication skills.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
