  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create initial discharge plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions as prescribed in clients' treatment plans, employing evidence-based interventions.
  • Develop and revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments in collaboration with the client and interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services, ensuring compliance with both facility and professional standards.
