• Implement psychotherapeutic techniques and individualized interventions to address emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create initial discharge plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions as prescribed in clients' treatment plans, employing evidence-based interventions.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments in collaboration with the client and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services, ensuring compliance with both facility and professional standards.
• Manage a designated caseload that reflects the demands of your clinical expertise and the needs of our client population.
• Engage actively in treatment team meetings to share insights, collaborate on care delivery, and discuss client progress.
• Exemplify a positive, empathetic, and professional disposition in all interactions with clients and team members.
• Respond to client feedback and resolve complaints to continually enhance the therapeutic experience.
• Focus on patient safety as a core priority in all therapeutic practices.
• Contribute to additional functions as assigned by leadership to promote organizational objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. By engaging clients across the lifespan, you will address a range of challenges, from everyday stress and anxiety to complex psychological disorders. Our clinic’s emphasis on individualized care helps ensure each client receives tailored support that meets their specific goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Texas is essential. Candidates eligible for licensure may also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience with diverse populations, particularly through varying age groups, is advantageous.

• Experience in community health settings and familiarity with outpatient practices is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and active participation in supervision and trainings.
