Job description

Support federal law enforcement with case management, data analysis, and intelligence coordination in a hybrid role offering paid training, benefits, and multiple shift options. This excellent entry-level opportunity will be performed on a hybrid schedule (four days remote, one day in-office near Santa Ana/Irvine). A Public Trust clearance is required.

Position Description:
- Law Enforcement coordination support, data entry and data analysis, case management, and intelligence support.
- Answer calls from Law Enforcement Agencies and process individual cases over the course of your shift.
- Ability to make databases and manual queries on individuals referred to the organization by other Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Work cases to be referred to an Federal Law Enforcement Officer/Agent, Federal Law Enforcement field offices or Federal Law Enforcement headquarters offices.
- Remote 4 days with 1 day per week in the office (Santa Ana/Irvine, CA) near John Wayne Airport.
- Days off options: Mon/Tue, Tue/Wed, or Wed/Thur (this position requires a mandatory work schedule on Friday and Saturday nights).
- Four weeks paid training provided - Benefits provided for medical, dental, vision, 401K after initial eligibility period.
- Available work shifts: Night Shift from 10:00PM - 06:30AM (immediately available), Flex Shift from 7:30PM - 03:30AM, Swing Shift from 2:00PM - 10:30PM, Day Shift from 06:00AM - 2:30PM (available in the future)
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree; or Associate's Degree with 1 year of analytical experience; or a High School Diploma with at least 2 years of analytical experience.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance and currently have U.S. Citizenship. No prior drug use in the past 7 years.
**Please Note: We are currently prioritizing candidates with a prior security clearance.
- Good reading comprehension, writing and communication skills that include the ability to effectively communicate with others from various programs.
- Capable of working independently and able to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments.
