Job Details
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, employees, and property within the retail shopping center. This role involves monitoring the premises, responding to incidents, and enforcing security protocols to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol Duties:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the shopping center, including interior and exterior areas.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and parking lots for suspicious activity.
  • Ensure that all areas are secure and free from potential hazards
  • Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras.
  • Report any unusual activity or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.
Incident Response:
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, such as medical emergencies, fires, or disturbances.
  • Provide first aid or assistance to injured individuals until medical personnel arrive.
