Job description

Position Overview

Join a collaborative, multi-specialty group providing comprehensive, compassionate care across Neenah, Appleton, Green Bay, and beyond. Team includes 6 surgeons, 7 neurologists, 1 interventional neuroradiologist, 3 physiatrists, and a large APP team.

  • Focus: Physiatry with Interventional Pain experience

Role & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat patients requiring pain management
  • Perform interventional procedures, including:
    • Epidural steroid injections
    • Medial branch blocks & radiofrequency ablations
    • Spinal cord stimulator trials
    • Nerve blocks
    • Joint injections
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build individualized treatment plans
  • Provide patient education and support
  • Engage in ongoing professional development

  • Dedicated procedure staff & suites with C-arms, ultrasound, and recovery rooms
  • Robust backbone of: APPs, Clinical Assistants, Triage RNs, Billing & Coding Specialists, Prior Auth team, Scheduling team, and Administrative Support

Ideal Candidate

  • Board-certified Physiatrist with fellowship training in Interventional Pain (or adequate training/experience)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (market-aligned) + quarterly productivity bonus
