Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company seeking a Printer Technician to manage service requests and printer supply deliveries. The role involves working with Ricoh printers, requiring driving to various locations, and handling technical support tasks related to printers.
Responsibilities:
• Driving: This does require driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/ supplies delivery.
• You will be responsible for Checking Service Now Tickets and Answering Phone Calls to respond to service requests and Printer Supply deliveries on a day-to-day basis.
• This position is working with Ricoh Printers, this involves moving desktop printers, delivering toner and other consumable parts throughout an entire hospital system to include remote clinics.
• Lots of Walking required, Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Required, driving a personal vehicle to remote locations required.
Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred
• IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)
• Technical Training & Certifications: Client Certifications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company products
