Job description

Responsibilities:
• Performs day-to-day service of equipment based on the work plans provided; planning daily travel schedule
• Troubleshoot and restore full capabilities of print devices supported under the contract
• Monitor and actively respond to assigned service request tickets as issued by ServiceNow ticketing system
• Move Printers, MFD, and Copiers within buildings and setup/configure after relocation
• Visit sites to obtain IP address, Meter Reads, or to provide assistance with mapping
• Install local software as required to allow automated data discovery
• Obtain and track manual meter reads for devices not remotely administered during service interactions
• Train end-users as required
• Ensure DoD and contract compliance
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining required certification status active
• Re-position or remove the equipment pending restoral when the customer’s workspace does not support the positioning of additional equipment
• Deliver and install consumables, which are considered to be parts or supplies that have a predictable use life and can be readily replaced (e.g. fusers, drums, toner, waste toner, etc.)
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor assigned tickets to ensure all necessary service tasks are acknowledged and resolved in accordance with the acceptable quality level (AQL) per Contract PWS
• Update all ticket Summary in accordance with established format for effective management – Format provided by PM
• Document services and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of SLAs and procedures as well as a clear understanding of supporting devices.
• All other contract related tasks given by PM Skills and Qualifications: • Must have Interim Secret or above Security Clearance
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Demonstrates high level of understanding of print device theory
• Capable of complex troubleshooting on multi-functional print device hardware issues
• Capable of complex troubleshooting with print devices and associated network infrastructure (i.e. scan-to-email)
• One or more Certifications from manufacturers’ service providers on Multi-functional devices
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I security certification must be completed if personnel will be used for desktop driver installation
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Advanced experience and skills using Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Clearance:
