As an operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of off-highway products, while having the opportunity to grow within a flexible structure and with approachable managers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Operate and monitor machines used for molding or vulcanizing rubber articles or products
  • Use machines, equipment or hand tools to cut, shape, connect, adjust and bond rubber materials to form parts or finished products
  • Use finishing machines or equipment to trim, grind or trim rubber products, grinding or trimming rubber products into their final shape
  • Visually inspect finished products for defects and to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Package products in accordance with instructions


  • Permanent full-time position
  • Shift: evening (Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm), night (Sunday to Thursday 11pm-7am)
  • Salary: $23.70/hr on entry, $25.22/hr after 1920 hours worked
  • Shift premium: $1.25/hr for evening shift, $1.75/hr for night shift
