Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Professional to drive growth and expand our client's printing and packaging market presence.

Duties: 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with the desire and drive to grow this clients'business.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or manual entries.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
  • Support inside sales and account growth through prospecting, outbound sales activities, lead generation, quote follow-ups, and developing relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution of business development activities.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in business development, printing industry sales, and existing business accounts.
  • Confident in cold calling and door-to-door introduction.
  • Proficiency with manual entry or CRM software/platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Prior experience with CRM tools and data analysis is highly desirable.

Compensation: OTE $80,000 - $100,000, Benefits, PTO, Car Allowance
