Finishing Specialist (Print Production & Reprographics - NYC)
Job Description
Under the direction of the Finishing Manager, the Finishing Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of print finishing, post-production, and packaging tasks within a fast-paced reprographics and digital printing environment. This position is based in our New York, NY location.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in print finishing, bindery, and production support operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform print finishing operations, including weeding, cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, and installing grommets
  • Prepare and package completed printed materials and large-format graphics for timely delivery
  • Ensure all finished jobs are properly labeled, secured, and shipped according to production standards
  • Maintain, clean, and support finishing and production equipment on a regular basis
  • Assist with inventory control and organization of production and finishing supplies
  • Construct boxes and packaging materials for completed print jobs as needed
  • Support the installation team with preparation and on-site assistance when required
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production and finishing workspace
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finishing Manager

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of experience in print finishing, production, reprographics, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with laminating, mounting, bindery, and finishing processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced print production environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
