Job description

Rise & Thrive Threads is a mission-driven social enterprise where 100% of profits support Christopher's Reason Recovery Living Center, a 25-bed sober living community on Staten Island. Every order you produce directly funds the recovery of our residents.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate DTG, DTF, and sublimation equipment for production runs.
  • Prepare and pretreat garments for printing.
  • Manage color profiles, print settings, and file preparation.
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot print issues.
  • Ensure quality control on all finished goods.
  • Handle order fulfillment and production scheduling.

Requirements:
  • Proven, hands-on experience in DTG, DTF, and/or sublimation printing — this is non-negotiable.
  • Proficiency with RIP software and design file preparation.
  • Knowledge of fabric types, pretreatment processes, and heat press operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with embroidery software.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics.
  • Previous experience in a production environment.
