Job description

Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking aProduction Support Managerto join our Team in Portsmouth, NH.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative, personnel, and operational processes to meet production goals and timelines for passport and secure document issuance.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate daily production activities across passport processing functions, including intake, cashiering, imaging/scanning, data entry, quality control, printing, and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, and policies governing passport and secure identity document processing.
  • Supervise staff performance, attendance, and conduct; document issues and recommend appropriate personnel actions in accordance with policy.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee training programs to ensure staff are properly trained in passport processing procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitor production reports and workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to passport production targets.
  • Oversee customer service and post-production support activities, including searches, reissues, rewrites, and issue resolution.
  • Provide operational recommendations to leadership regarding staffing, resources, and process improvements to support passport production goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing production or operational teams in a high-volume, regulated environment, preferably involving passport or secure identity document processing.
  • Working knowledge of passport issuance processes and familiarity with applicable statutes, rules, and regulations governing U.S. passport operations.
  • Experience interpreting and enforcing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within a government or government-contracted setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and evaluate staff to meet production, quality, and security standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience reviewing production reports and using performance data to monitor workflow and achieve production goals.
