About the Role:
Join BOSTON BUSINESS PRINTING INC as a Graphic Designer/Print Technician.  In this role, you will bring high-quality print production for our diverse clientele. 

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare print-ready files and ensure color accuracy and quality control throughout the printing process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and software.
  • Operate and maintain printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the print process.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in print production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with digital printing technologies is a plus.   
  • We will train on Konica digital machine.
  • Primary focus is printing orders on the Konica digital machines.
