Job description

Print Production Associate

Color Copy Center Boston is seeking a Print Production Associate to support daily operations in our print shop. This hands-on role covers bindery and finishing work, equipment operation, and general shop upkeep.
Responsibilities:
        โ€ข       Operate bindery equipment including cutters, folders, and binding machines
        โ€ข       Assist with print production workflow โ€” collating, trimming, packaging finished jobs
        โ€ข       Perform general store maintenance (equipment upkeep, supply organization, cleanliness)
        โ€ข       Handle outgoing mail and shipping preparation
        โ€ข       Occasional local deliveries (valid driverโ€™s license may be required)
        โ€ข       Support front-of-house tasks as needed during busy periods
Qualifications:
        โ€ข       Prior print shop, bindery, or production experience preferred but not required
        โ€ข       Comfortable operating cutting and finishing equipment (training provided)
        โ€ข       Detail-oriented, reliable, able to lift up to 40 lbs
        โ€ข       Valid driverโ€™s license a plus
