Job description

Who We Are

For 35 years, Calagaz Printing has been Mobile's go-to print partner, and we're not slowing down. As a veteran-owned family business, we take genuine pride in our work and in the relationships we build with our customers and our team. Calagaz Printing is the kind of place where your ideas matter, hard work gets noticed, and we celebrate wins together.

We're growing in 2026, and we're looking for someone who enjoys and excels at customer service to be the face and voice of our business. If you love solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers get exactly what they need, this is your chance to join a talented and driven team.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you're the primary point of contact for our customers. You'll take full ownership of every customer interaction, from the first hello to final delivery, making sure each person gets the expert guidance and genuine care they deserve. You'll learn and adopt our marketing language to share consistent messaging with customers and work closely with our production team to keep projects on track. .

Your Day-to-Day

  • Greet and assist every customer promptly, warmly, and professionally
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, start to finish
  • Organize your workflow to consistently meet customer deadlines
  • Present and explain our products and services with confidence, matching customers to the right solutions
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and customer requests with urgency and professionalism
  • Resolve customer questions, complaints, and concerns quickly and to their satisfaction
  • Apply company pricing systems and policies accurately
  • Review estimates and invoices closely and ensure accuracy
  • Communicate customer needs clearly to the production team so jobs run smoothly
  • Contribute to the team's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience; printing or graphic arts industry experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid math skills
  • Sharp attention to detail with a knack for spotting and preventing errors
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new systems
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving instincts

You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Love interacting with people and making them feel taken care of
  • Bring a positive, upbeat attitude – even on busy days
  • Stay organized and manage your time well
  • Take pride in getting the details right
  • Want to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time

What We Offer

  • Pay range: $17.50 - $22.50 (based on experience)
  • Medical insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Monday - Friday schedule (8-5)
  • A workplace that values you as a person, not just an employee

Ready to Start Your Career?

If you're an experienced customer service professional who loves helping people and wants to grow with a respected local business, we'd love to meet you.
