Job description

Who We Are

For over 30 years, Calagaz Printing has been Mobile's go-to print partner, and we're not slowing down. As a veteran-owned family business, we take genuine pride in our work and in the relationships we build with our customers and our team. Calagaz Printing is the kind of place where your ideas matter, hard work gets noticed, and we celebrate wins together.

We're growing in 2026, and we need someone who genuinely loves sales. We want to expand our sales team with someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses succeed through smart print solutions.

What You'll Do

You'll be the face of Calagaz Printing in the community, building and nurturing B2B relationships within your regional territory. This is a consultative sales role where you'll maximize opportunities with existing customers while actively seeking and winning new business. You'll become a trusted advisor who understands what clients need and shows them how our printing services can help their business save time and hassle.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that targets high-potential prospects
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, and referral sources
  • Actively manage leads and move them through your pipeline
  • Conduct in-person meetings, site visits and consultations throughout the region
  • Show customers how our print products and services solve their real business challenges
  • Work with our Sales and Marketing team to develop and evaluate ongoing strategies
  • Keep accurate activity and lead info in our CRM so you can track what's working
  • Develop and follow a structured schedule for staying in touch with prospects and clients
  • Deliver a weekly sales report
  • Tap into your existing network to identify and connect with new prospects
  • Handle customer issues with tact and professionalism
  • Stay current on printing technology, trends, and what's new in the industry
  • Communicate effectively with your teammates
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required—either:
    • Business degree with sales concentration (perfect for recent grads who love sales!), OR
    • Any degree + 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and a go-getter attitude
  • Professional appearance and demeanor to represent our brand

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Love sales and are energized by it
  • Have strong people skills and connect easily with others
  • Can identify what customers actually need and position solutions that win business
  • Excel at working independently while still being a team player
  • Are a self-starter who doesn't need someone looking over your shoulder
  • Take pride in representing a quality brand
  • Value and pay attention to the details
  • Enjoy getting out in the community and networking
  • Want to build a career in sales, not just fill a job

What We Offer

  • Guaranteed first-year salary ($45-55,000, based on experience)
  • Competitive commission structure after year one with strong earning potential
  • Medical insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Bonus opportunities based on performance
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Sales materials and promotional items provided
  • Training and professional development opportunities
  • A supportive, team-oriented work environment
  • A workplace that values you as a person, not just an employee

Why you'll love this role:

  • Sell for a respected 30+ year brand with loyal customers
  • Own your territory and have autonomy over your success
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships instead of quick-hit transactional sales
  • Supportive team environment - we problem-solve and win together
  • Clear path for growth as we expand
  • Work for a company that values quality and integrity

Ready to Join Us?

If sales is your passion, you love the thrill of closing deals and you want to represent a company that's been serving Mobile for over three decades, we'd love to hear from you.
