Graphic Technician
Location: Jackson, TN
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour (DOE)
Overview
We're seeking a skilled Ink Technician to support on-site production by managing ink preparation, color accuracy, and inventory coordination. This role plays a key part in keeping production running efficiently and meeting quality standards and is ideal for someone who can quickly step in and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Weigh, blend, and deliver press-ready inks to meet production schedules
  • Perform color matching and quality checks using X-Rite or similar equipment
  • Make ink adjustments at press to maintain color consistency and minimize downtime
  • Document production data, QC results, and corrective actions
  • Assist with scheduling and estimating ink requirements for upcoming jobs
  • Maintain inventory levels, including managing excess and work-off materials
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety protocols and site requirements

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with ink mixing, color matching, or printing/packaging operations
  • Hands-on use of color measurement tools (X-Rite or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
