Job description

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Stacking Machine Operator for our 2nd shift. Will be responsible for setting-up and operate stacking machine.
Training for this position will be schedule for 8 weeks during the 1st shift schedule (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) but flexible if unable to train on 1st shift .
JTI has over thirty years' experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the global electronics market.
Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt): $18.00 - $20.00/per hour.
Training on 1st Shift (up to 8 weeks): 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
2nd Shift Schedule (after 8 weeks): 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Required Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least three (3) months of Microscope experience
  • Must be able to set-up and operate semi-automated machine.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a Clean Room Environment

Essential Functions:
  • Upload program instructed on the traveler to stack sheets of dielectric material.
  • Stackers are responsible for stacking sheets of dielectric material.
  • Read the travelers to ensure that they are following correct build-up design and correct dielectric type.
  • Read and locate program files and data recording in SPC Data Entry are required for this position.
  • Inspection of stacked bars through the microscope.
  • Screeners are responsible for the quality of the prints they produce.
  • They must be able to read the travelers to ensure that they are using correct ink, screens and dielectric type tape and tape thickness Responsible for properly configuring and orienting tooling to support consistent, high-quality production by aligning multiple screens.
  • Perform first article inspection by doing multiple tests before starting lots to be printed.
  • Work with chemicals used for screen cleaning.
  • Screeners are responsible for the quality of the prints they produce.
  • They must be able to read the travelers to ensure that they are using correct ink, screens and dielectric type tape and tape thickness Responsible for properly configuring and orienting tooling to support consistent, high-quality production by aligning multiple screens.
