Position Summary

This position will be responsible for gathering all printing materials required to set up a job/label to run on the decorator.

Essential Functions/Key Deliverables

  • Making and updating the color atlas.

  • Color modification (approval of lithography during printing).

  • Preparation and control of paint compliance with recipes.

  • Electronic assembly of printing forms' images, execution of printing forms, control.

  • Select and install printing plates, rollers, screens and cylinders in machine according to specification.

  • Review work order to determine ink, stock and equipment needed for production.

  • Reporting errors in the project and comments to the graphics coordinator regarding graphic designs,

  • Cooperation withProduction and Quality department(Decorator Operator,ShiftMaster,QualityController).

  • Application forapprovalor non-approvalof usinggraphic design for production(compliance with project).

  • Identification and suspension of a faultypoolof printing plates.

  • Identification and suspension of defective paint.

  • Application for suspension of printing materials, printing forms and lithography patterns due to EAN code mismatch.

  • Keep daily time and material usage reports and records identifying information printed on manufactured products and parts.

  • Compliance with DPG regulations and procedures.

  • Taking care of entrusted machines, devices, measuring and computer equipment as well as other at the workplace.

  • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment - servicing, repairing, adjusting and testing machines, devices, moving parts and equipment that operate primarily on a mechanical basis.

  • Issuing and receiving print materials, printing forms, lithography patterns based on the queue of orders in SAP.

  • Reporting on the absence or damage of lithographic production patterns.

  • Checking the compliance of the EAN code on the printed form with the information in SAP.

  • Operation of machines and equipment for processing printing forms and mixing paints.

  • Issuing and receiving printing materials, printing forms and lithography patterns according to the order queue in SAP.

  • Performing entrusted duties resulting from the Integrated Quality Management Systems functioning in the company.

  • Performing other work and tasks commissioned by the superior.

  • Compliance with health and safety and fire protection regulations, as well as company policies, procedures and regulations.

  • Making trial lithography prints.

  • Performance of entrusted duties in accordance with the assumptions of the WCM system.

  • Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
