Job description

ABOUT DMM DIRECT: We are a digital mail printing company. We print & process mail pieces for multiple clients nationally. We are located in the industrial park in Scarborough, ME (Haigis Pkwy by I-95).

Position Overview: The Print Operator is responsible for setting up the insert machine and producing accurate work on a timely basis. The Operator must work successfully within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced, manufacturing, and warehouse environment. *Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule: 1st shift: Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm

Starting Wage: $20.00/hour (DOE)

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate insert machines (Bonus if you are familair with Pitney Bowes, Gunther, or Bell & Howell).
  • Perform daily maintenance on insert machine to ensure efficiencies.
  • Work with the QA team throughout insert runs.
  • Adhere to client confidentiality requirements, compliance, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist fulfillment and belting as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, to assist DMM attain business goals.
