The Account Executive, Inside - Print promotes and sells Legal solutions through outbound telephone calls to new and existing Corporate, Small Law or Medium Law Firm customers within an assigned territory. This position supports the efforts of the Print, Legal organization within Thomson Reuters.

In this opportunity as Account Executive, Inside - Print you will:

  • Drive Results: Individually manage leads, develop pipeline, and prospect for new opportunities while consistently providing a Thomson Reuters branded, superior customer experience.

  • Closing: Achieve and exceed company and personal sales quota and activity goals through negotiations and product offering within set parameters.

  • Sales Process: Leverage the sales process to manage opportunities and the customer experience.

  • Relationship Management: Actively contribute to and work responsibly in a team environment, including collaborating with fellow sales reps and key internal partners.

  • Product Proposition: Cultivate, maintain, and engage customers in our products in order to promote usage and revenue growth objectives.

  • Reporting: Gather and log all call information, sale orders, and profile activity within Salesforce, Thomson Reuters CRM system, correctly and accurately; ensuring proper marketing sources are credited appropriately.

  • Customer and Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to Thomson Reuters for internal business decisions and positions; Demonstrating an openness to change behavior in response to new insights and situations.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Account Executive, Inside - Print if your background includes:

  • High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred; specifically, in business, sales or related fields

  • Experience in consultative selling environment and consistent track record of successful sales performance are preferred

  • Experience in forecasting and pipeline management; ability to utilize CRM tool preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience in prospecting/cold calling environment preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to embrace change

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer centric, professional and high integrity in sales process
