Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Department: Depot-Repair

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm OR 7:00am - 3:30pm

Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties

What You Will Be Doing

As an Associate Repair Tech, you will play a key role in our repair depot operations by:

  • Performing repairs on units under direct or limited supervision, following written work instructions
  • Inspecting unit housing (internal and external) to assess repairable vs. non-repairable damage
  • Reading and following technical service procedures to evaluate unit performance
  • Inspecting and accurately interpreting test prints or images
  • Performing firmware upgrades
  • Conducting final testing to confirm repair results
  • Accessing and using diagnostic programs
  • Entering data using available reporting systems
  • Maintaining efficiency, yield, and quality standards while performing assigned tasks
  • Accurately maintaining electronic and paper records
  • Supporting depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management

What You Will Bring

Your background and experience should include:

  • Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems preferred
  • Ability to follow written instructions and technical procedures accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Familiarity with computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $19.00 and $21.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
