Job Summary:
AA2IT is seeking an IT Field Service Tech who will provide general IT support to customers at various client sites. The role involves driving to locations, performing hardware repairs, and supporting IT devices such as printers and laptops, with a requirement for overnight travel during the work week.
Responsibilities:
• IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
• TOP 2 ? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system.
• Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Schedule- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Valid state driver's license (Real ID compliant)
• Clean MVR
• Reliable vehicle
• Experience in IT field service
• Experience in computer break-fix
• Experience in printer repair
• Hands-on hardware repair experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.)
