About the Role

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented BAMBU REPAIR TECHNICIAN. In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment of 3D printers while supporting production goals and quality standards. We're looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering reliable results and an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct diagnostic tests on 3D printers to identify and resolve issues

  • Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair 3D printers and related components

  • Replace worn or defective parts as necessary

  • Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet high customer satisfaction standards

  • Meet established production goals and deadlines

  • Take corrective actions to maintain overall product quality

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and adapt to changing priorities as needed

  • Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For 

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Experience in the operation, disassembly, and reassembly of 3D printers or other consumer electronics is preferred
