Summary/Objective:
Responsible for assisting in the flow of production. The Install / Repair will have to install all slide outs, install all x-shafts, add nuts and bolts, time the slide outs, install the room bar, make sure room bar height is correct, and help finish chassis fabricator with any other assemblies that needs done on a chassis.

Working Conditions:

Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma
  2. Know how to read a tape measure
  3. Plasma skills / Weld skills
  4. Know how to read prints and understand install reports
  5. Mechanical skills
  6. Basic computer knowledge.
  7. Paint department knowledge.
  8. Forklift experience.

Competencies:
  1. Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company's overall goals;
  2. Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English);
  3. Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not limited to measurements, directions, instructions, etc.;
  4. Must possess successful problem-solving skills
  5. Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow team members, customers, etc.;
  6. Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations;
  7. Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes through the day.

Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling. The team member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position requires Personal Protective Equipment. Protective Equipment supplied by the company includes: Coating suit, Coating Boots, Spray Socks, Respirator, Work Gloves, Safety Glasses and Ear Plugs. Team members may be required to provide additional Protective Equipment (Safety Shoes, etc.).
