AA2IT is seeking a Printer Technician to provide general IT support to clients, including retailers and banks. The role involves overnight travel and hands-on repair of printers and other IT devices at client locations.
Responsibilities:
• IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
• TOP 2 ? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system. Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Key skill is Printer Breakfix
• However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
• OC (on call)? Yes, after completing all required Certs and training.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Overnight travel from Sunday - Thursday
• Onsite at client location during normal business hours
• Driving to client sites and providing general IT support
