The Dot Corp is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in our Direct Mail division while helping develop and elevate the performance of our sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven business developer who enjoys both winning new business and coaching others. The ideal candidate has a strong background in direct mail and understands how to build relationships, identify opportunities, and guide complex sales processes. This position offers the opportunity to help shape the future growth of a well-established organization while making a direct impact on revenue, customer success, and sales team development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow direct mail revenue and market share.
  • Prospect for and secure new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Expand business within existing customer accounts by identifying new applications and opportunities.
  • Mentor, train, and support sales representatives in identifying and selling direct mail solutions.
  • Partner with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure successful program implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline development, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Represent The Dot Corp at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in direct mail, print, marketing services, fulfillment, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • Onsite with some remote work

Compensation:

  • $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 (based on experience)
  • Commission
