About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Specialist to join our Creative Variations & Adaptations team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary client contact for high-volume creative adaptation and versioning projects, partnering closely with internal production teams to ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

This position combines account management, project coordination, and production oversight within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You'll manage client communications, project intake, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder alignment while supporting a global production model that includes offshore teams.

This is a fully remote position. Flexibility to occasionally support evening or weekend work based on client deadlines and launch schedules is expected.

Who You Are

You are a client-focused project leader who thrives in a fast-moving production environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and keeping projects moving from concept to completion.

You can balance multiple priorities without losing sight of details, communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and work effectively across distributed teams. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing high-volume workflows while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and service.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary client contact for creative variations and adaptations across print and digital channels.
  • Lead project intake discussions, gather requirements, and translate client needs into clear production-ready briefs.
  • Partner closely with the Traffic Manager and production teams to prioritize work and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Manage timelines, project deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate feedback and revision cycles across clients, internal teams, and production partners.
  • Monitor project status, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
  • Ensure brand standards, quality expectations, and production requirements are consistently met.
  • Support offshore production teams by providing clear direction, priorities, and project visibility.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, communication, and scalability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through responsiveness, accountability, and strong relationship management.

What Your Week Looks Like

Start of Week

  • Align on priorities, review incoming client requests, and clarify project scope and requirements.

Midweek

  • Partner with the Traffic Manager to translate work into production-ready plans and keep projects moving efficiently through workflows.

Throughout the Week

  • Manage ongoing communication, approvals, revisions, and feedback across clients, internal teams, and production partners.

End of Week

  • Track progress against timelines, mitigate risks, and align stakeholders on upcoming deadlines, priorities, and next steps.

Ongoing

  • Ensure offshore production teams have the direction, priorities, and support needed to execute work efficiently and successfully.

What You Bring

  • 4-6 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or production leadership within a creative, marketing, agency, or production environment.
  • Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven projects and workflows.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with production teams and deliver work at scale.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of creative production, asset management, and versioning workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting QSR, retail, consumer products, or franchise-based brands.
  • Knowledge of regional versioning and market-specific content adaptations.
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed production teams.
  • Familiarity with localization, adaptation, and large-scale creative production environments.
  • Understanding of print and digital production processes.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar workflow management platforms.

Why Join Continuum?

  • Work on high-visibility campaigns for nationally recognized brands.
  • Collaborate with talented teams across strategy, creative, production, and operations.
  • Be part of a modern, globally integrated production model.
  • Help shape scalable processes and future-ready workflows.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment while making a meaningful impact on client success.
