Purpose:
The Service Delivery Associate plays a critical role in executing on-site customer solutions, including mailroom services, print and document operations, and administrative support tasks, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction. Must be able to travel across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio, Florida and Kentucky geography with overnight hotel/travel required at least once per month for up to 4 nights.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Operate office and production equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, inserters, fax machines) and ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform mail handling duties including sorting, scanning, distribution, and package tracking.
  • Support document preparation, printing, and finishing (e.g., stapling, binding, laminating).
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, and production jobs.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly escalate issues.
  • Monitor supply inventory and perform replenishment as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as a key daily contact for client interactions.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to complete administrative and reporting tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve operational issues.
  • Comfortable with light physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods).

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or operations support preferred.
  • Training on Xerox systems and equipment will be provided.
