Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp to Hire (Contract-to-Perm)
 


About the Role

Ricoh is seeking two Onsite Print & Mailroom Support Specialists to join our operations team in Shreveport, LA. In this customer-facing role, you’ll manage print production, mailroom functions, supply inventory, and light facilities support while ensuring excellent service delivery and workflow efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume 2D/3D printers, copiers, and finishing equipment

  • Troubleshoot and escalate machine or production issues

  • Manage mail distribution, shipping/receiving, and inventory tracking

  • Calculate job charges and maintain daily service logs

  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate service requests

  • Support conference room setups, light maintenance, and reception coverage as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area

  • Ensure quality control and adherence to site procedures


Physical & Equipment Requirements
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift

  • Regular use of multifunction printers and wide-format machines

  • Unloading and restocking paper and supplies (up to 50 lbs)


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1–2 years of related experience in print center, mailroom, or office support

  • Basic MS Office and computer literacy

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Experience with Ricoh, Canon, or Xerox print systems preferred

  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
