Job description

Core Responsibilities • Print top?level work orders, drawings, and create complete shop packets. • Print sub?assembly work orders and drawings. • Run MRP, read MRP outputs, and create new work orders based on demand.

• Support raw?material purchasing across multiple manufacturing facilities. • Issue, track, and close work orders in the ERP system. • Deliver packets and materials to the production floor as needed.

• Assist with ECN (Engineering Change Notice) processing with the Planner. • Perform ERP data cleanup and accuracy checks. • Support planning/scheduling activities and eventually take on MRP planning projects.

Required Skills & Experience • Experience in production planning, MRP, or manufacturing scheduling. • Strong ERP experience; familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar systems. • Ability to read and interpret MRP outputs.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow?through. • Solid analytical and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal communication—able to work with production, engineering, and planning.

• Thick skin; able to tune out noise and stay focused under pressure. • Comfortable supporting two production shifts and working onsite daily. Work Environment & Expectations • Onsite only—no hybrid or remote flexibility.

• Fast?turn, deadline?driven environment with constant movement between office and shop floor. • Requires comfort with interruptions, shifting priorities, and high urgency.
