Moore, Tulsa is looking for a Print Production Analyst to join our planning team.  Job Summary:This individual is responsible for coordinating and planning all print production processes.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties/Responsibilities:Enter orders into production, issue, and revise instructions for manufacturingHave a working knowledge of printing methods and bindery processes. Will be responsible for planning jobs through each department efficiently and effectively. Coordinate production workflow from one department to the next utilizing the MonarchCoordinate the delivery of customer-supplied and other production materialsMaintain active communication with and provide job status updates to customer, sales and manufacturing.Facilitate the resolution of production-related issuesCheck progress of project to ensure that it conforms to specs and that procedures, methods, and deadlines have been met.Other duties as assignedPerforms other duties as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities: Strong technical printing skills, especially as related to digital print - must understand layouts, equipment functionality, substrates knowledgeDemonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through years of applicable work experience.Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills.Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment.Must work well in a team environment and have the ability to communicate needs and objectives with team members.Able to apply broad work experience and knowledge when problem solving, analyze potential solutions and use good sound judgment to make decisions.Strong attention to detail is required.Strong commitment to ensuring quality and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.Must be proficient using computers, including Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge of Enterprise print management software a plus.Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalentoffset commercial printing: 3 years (Preferred)digital commercial printing: 2 years (Preferred)commercial print production: 3 years (Preferred) Physical Requirements: Standing or walking or sitting for prolonged periods Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be authorized to work in the United States (e-verify company)and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.For more information and details email christy- cwhite@resource-one.us .
