How you'll make an impact:
MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Production Flex Associate who consider themselves problem-solvers and excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As Production Flex Associate in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for providing operational support across multiple production areas. You will be responsible for filling in where needed to maintain workflow, productivity and safety standards.

What will you do in this role?
  • Rotate among production departments to support daily operational needs
  • Perform general labor duties such as material handling, packing, labeling, feeding machines, and assembling products
  • Assist with line setup, cleanup, and changeovers as directed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
  • Accurately complete required production documentation

Physical Demands
  • Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours per shift).

  • Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands and arms for machine operation and material handling.
  • Visual/Manual Requirements: Ability to read gauges, measure materials, and perform quality checks.

Environmental Conditions
  • Noise Level: Exposure to moderate to high noise levels; hearing protection provided.
  • Safety Gear: Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe shoes required.
  • Other Factors: Occasional exposure to dust, ink, or chemicals used in production.

Schedule & Work Hours
