Print Shop Production

NOW HIRING โ€“ Part-Time Production & Retail Associate

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has experience in the custom apparel industry.

Alabama Vinyl & Print Co. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable team member to join our team!

Location: Hoover, AL

Schedule:
Wednesday โ€“ Friday
10:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has experience with:

DTF printing

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

Heat pressing garments

Working in a custom apparel or print shop environment

You must also:

Have outstanding customer service skills

Be computer literate and comfortable learning new software

Thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic work environment

Be flexible and willing to help wherever needed throughout the day

Be dependable, punctual, and professional

Be able to work independently without needing constant supervision or micromanagement

Be comfortable being the only person in the retail shop at times

Be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of a production environment

Pay is based on experience

All new hires will complete a 60-day probationary period to ensure we're a good fit for each other.
