  • Monitoring jobs throughout production to ensure quality, timelines, and customer expectations are met.
  • Working with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
  • Supporting estimating, special projects, and production planning as needed.
  • Mentoring less experienced Account Planners and assisting with process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong problem solver who enjoys finding practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working with detailed specifications and production processes.
  • Able to build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred

  • 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing, print production, customer service, project coordination, or a related administrative/operations role.
  • Additional technical training or certifications.

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily desk-based work using a computer.
  • Must be able to safely navigate the print production floor and other departments as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
