Salary: $38,000 - $45,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

Media Coordinator

Job Summary

Bloom Ads is growing, and were looking for motivated individuals seeking an exciting career in media coordination and planning. The Media Coordinator plays a key role in supporting media strategy execution, assisting with campaign management, and coordinating across internal and external teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.



Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Media team in developing and executing media plans.
  • Compile post-analytic data and assist in the creation of post-campaign reports.
  • Assist with budget management and tracking.
  • Update reports with campaign performance information.
  • Manage advertising opportunity requests and media partner coordination.
  • Support TV, Digital, Radio, OOH, and Print partnership allocations.



Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Media planning and/or experience with media analytics is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a highly motivated and positive demeanor.
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator with strong team-player skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsconcise, persuasive, and articulate.
  • Ability to understand media strategy and marketing processes.
  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Marketing and/or Media Strategy.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.



Compensation Range
$38,000 - $45,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
