Job description

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager specializing in Commercial Print, Promotional Products, and Signage. This on-site role is based in Raleigh, NC. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage print production projects, and liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating project timelines, facilitating pre-press and print management processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the production cycle. Also, maintaining good customer relations, delivering samples, proofs and sometimes the orders. Going offsite to see clients to review upcoming projects and make stronger connections.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Print Production, Printing, and Print Management
  • Experience with Pre-press processes, ensuring files are print-ready
  • Proven ability in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control throughout the production process
  • Proficiency in relevant software for print and pre-press production is a plus
  • Background in promotional products or signage production is preferred
