Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Compliance Facilitator!
We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to support compliance, quality, and training initiatives within our Fulfillment organization. In this role, you'll help ensure operational procedures, ISO standards, and quality processes are consistently followed while supporting training, audits, and continuous improvement efforts across fulfillment operations.

What You'll Do
Conduct scheduled audits and assessments within fulfillment operations
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for fulfillment team members
Support ISO compliance initiatives and quality management system requirements
Assist with corrective and preventive action tracking and documentation
Review operational documents for consistency, accuracy, and compliance
Maintain reports, records, and compliance-related documentation
Communicate quality and compliance updates across teams
Partner with leadership to support process improvements and operational excellence
Promote safe work practices and adherence to company policies and procedures
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of relevant experience in compliance, quality, operations, or fulfillment environments preferred
Experience supporting ISO or quality management systems preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management information systems (MIS)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and customer service mindset
