We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Fulfillment team and help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Location: Cary, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Do
  • Receive and process customer orders through electronic systems
  • Enter customer, billing, and order information accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate shipping dates, delivery schedules, and potential delays to customers
  • Review orders for completeness and coordinate resolution of missing information
  • Route order information to appropriate departments to support fulfillment activities
  • Partner with Production, Sales, Shipping, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to track and manage customer orders
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order processing activities
  • Provide shipment updates, tracking information, and order status communications
  • Follow all company safety, quality, security, and ISO procedures
  • Support additional fulfillment and customer service activities as needed
What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office, customer service, fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills are a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and management information systems (MIS)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
