Take an active role as the Proposal Production, Print and Mail Coordinator., You start by working with an outside department in taking ownership and producing all Stop Loss requested printing and mailing of documents.  Additionally, you will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and all incoming and outgoing shipments for the Greensboro office. This is a high visibility role where you can make a difference in helping UnitedHealthcare generate revenue and maintaining market share. You will be working with a small team which handles the production of over 1200 binders a year and in the printing of several finalist sales presentations leading to sales.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasionally overtime or weekends.

Office based role: 3803 N. Elm St. Greensboro, NC 27455.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages the production and distribution of all Stop Loss documents. You will be working with the Stop Loss group (attending some meetings and answering their questions) and monitoring incoming stop loss mailbox. You will be responsible for Printing and mailing of these documents and making sure they are added to our Workflow Tool to be accounted for and then closed out.
  • Manage the Greensboro Mailroom which includes sorting all incoming mail and distributing it appropriately. This includes immediate distribution of all certified, legal, and Medicaid mail.
  • Managing all incoming shipments of materials.  Then notifying recipients of their Package deliveries.
  • Assist Sr Leadership with Employee engagement program shipments
  • Responsible for working and training with our print production team to learn how to use our Xerox Printers but also to get an understanding of our other responsibilities.
  • Train and learn how to print and put Proposal Binders together. You will train to become a backup to our production staff.
  • Support other functions under the guidelines of the Production Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Teams experience 
  • 1+ years of data entry OR related typing skills work
  • 1+ year of experience working between various databases
  • Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Word (create and modify documents), Microsoft Excel (sort, filter, enter data, use basic formulas), and Microsoft Outlook (manage email and calendar)
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
