What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise daily Fulfillment Quality operations to ensure products and materials meet company and customer quality standards.
  • Train, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Investigate quality issues, shortages, damages, and shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with operations teams to maintain quality, productivity, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Monitor department metrics and support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage employee performance, scheduling, attendance, and development activities.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts within the department.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, QMS procedures, and ISO requirements.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Security, and Operations teams to support a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance quality, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in fulfillment quality, warehouse operations, supply chain, distribution, or related environments.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and operational best practices.
  • Experience with ISO, OSHA, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
