Supervisor, Overwrap-Nights
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Overwrap!
We are seeking an experienced production leader to oversee daily operations within our Overwrap department. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, support production teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Morrisville, NC

What You'll Do
-Lead and support daily overwrap production operations to achieve quality and production goals
-Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability
-Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training activities
-Monitor production schedules, equipment performance, and operational efficiency
-Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed
-Maintain production reporting related to quality, downtime, and operational performance
-Partner with cross-functional teams including Shipping, Quality, Inventory, Facilities, and IT
-Support staffing, scheduling, attendance tracking, and employee performance management
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and workflow optimization
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, ISO requirements, and company policies
What You'll Bring
-High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
-5+ years of manufacturing experience with prior supervisory experience preferred
-Experience in overwrap production or related printing/manufacturing environments strongly preferred
-Strong knowledge of production equipment, processes, and workflow coordination
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices preferred
