Job description

Under the supervision of the Creative Director, the Digital Fabrication Specialist will be responsible for drafting detailed technical and production drawing sets for the production team to follow and fabricate. This may require measuring various builds to quality check for accuracy and assisting the Creative Director in researching codes, laws, guidelines, or regulations for various project applications and compliance. This person will also be tasked with various projects to assist the Creative Director, including project modeling, management and use of fabrication and technology lab including CNC routing, Laser engraver, 3D printer, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Technical drawing sets and specifications, overseen by the Creative Director
  • 2D/3D CAD Drafting and modeling
  • CNC Coding and Operating
  • CNC Router Operation
  • 3D Printing Files and Operation
  • Laser Engraver Operation
  • Unit and Build measurements
  • Project documentation and as built specs with shop and fabrication team
  • Work with shop/fabrication team to make sure drawings are interpreted correctly and implemented to the professional Brewco Marketing Group standard
  • Assist Creative Director with problem solving and workflow management
  • Assist with research of codes, laws, guidelines, or regulations for buildouts
  • Input and manage data into company designated project management software

Skills/Knowledge:

  • AutoCAD experience preferred
  • Experience with CNC/CAD Cam software and coding
  • Technical drawing experience
