Description & Requirements
Maximus manages complex cybersecurity programs supporting DoW objectives. This role provides disciplined program execution, risk management and technical leadership across classified cyber initiatives.
This role is onsite, five days a week, and requires a TS/SCI security clearance.
This position is contingent upon award.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee technical aspects of all IDCS (ACD, CDA, and CVA/H) cybersecurity systems.
- Advise IDCS teams offering technical expertise to support achievement of mission objectives and customer needs.
- Ensures projects align with the overall IDCS architecture and objectives.
- Deliver technical insight to inform planning, prioritization, and execution of cyber initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contract, regulatory and security requirements.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
- Active Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of technical program management experience.
- Required certifications: PMP OR PgMP (one required).
- Required DoD 8140 certifications for DCWF 802: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, CASP+, CCISO (one or more required).
- Experience managing DoD or classified cybersecurity programs.
- Required experience with Agile delivery frameworks, DevSecOps pipeline concepts and cloud deployment architectures.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Agile, SAFe, or DevSecOps certifications.
- Experience managing cloud-based cyber programs.
- Prior leadership of DoW cyber mission initiatives.
